Deposits/Payments/Refund
There
are two methods of deposit payments available:
Mail
your personal check or money order payable to Casa Tuscany c/o Amy Lowe
5719 213rd St SW., Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043
Send
your deposit (or full payment) to us electronically by registering
at PAYPAL and using your credit card. (There is no
charge for registering/sending this payment.)
Upon
receipt of your deposit, we will re-confirm your reservation.
Final payments are made upon departure from the Inn in the
form of cash or PayPal payment. (We are unable to accept
credit card payments or $USD checks in La Paz.)
Deposits
A deposit equal to first night is required for stays up
to three nights.
For stays longer than three nights - 30% deposit of total
reservation is required.
Refunds
30 days notice of cancellation - 100% refund
15 days (or more) notice of cancellation - 75% refund
7 days (or more) notice of cancellation - 50% refund
Less than 7 days notice of cancellation - no refund
Check-In
at 1:00 PM/Check-Out at 11:00 AM
Children over Ten are Welcome...
In consideration of all of our guests, smoking is permited
only on outside patios.
