Orange pecan French Toast served with maple syrup and raspberry jam.

Special breakfast items may include a spinach/ mushroom fritata, baked French toast, Mexican quiche, waffles or Carol’s famous Ebelskivers
(to name a few).

Huevos Rancheros served with Carol's own Cuban Black Beans sprinkled with goat cheese and a wedge of lime.
